Most of the content on this site is open to the public and freely viewed by most visitors. Access to Rules Interpretations, Questions and Answers under Ask A Referee, History and Awards are open to the public. However there is some content that is restricted to certain membership levels, primarily to Referees and Coaches. You may join as a Friend of WOA which allows you access to all content open to the public but will also keep you up-to-date on rule changes and interpretations.
